WOYWW 145 !!

Well hello everyone in blog land! Remember me?  lol ....  Many many apologies for going AWOL for a few weeks  ....This was due to being sent on a mandatory workplacement with the Jobcentre! I was assigned to a charity shop for four weeks doing 30 hours a week! I really enjoyed it despite the fact that it was extremely heavy going and plan to keep on a shift once i get caught up with some personal appointments and stuff!

Anyway.......this is the state of my workdesk this week! ...not a lot to show you other than the usual state of 'creativity' !lol....Just doing the finishing touches to my art portfolio because I have an interview at college next monday!

I am going to spend most of the day bloghopping and having a nosey around everyone else's crafty spaces.... all thanks to the wonderful Mrs D over here ! So why not join in the fun too. :) It's lovely and friendly and just a great way to spend drinking the longest cup of coffee in history!!!! lol .

Take care everyone and thanks for dropping

Thank you for turning it off! being dyslxic, and even if I wasn't sometimes it time three or fours tries!! Love your photo this week, there's lots of good ones, people are getting creative with their cameras! I really want to get into the messier side of crafty...which I did when I worked in my shred but, think twice before I start getting mucky in what was once a bedroom! (it may have to be swapped back at a moments notice!)Have a crafty week!

ps, you can still have the moderation thingy on, that will stop the spammers, blogger is excellent at stopping all mine and you can go it to the 'comment waiting bit, and delete or keep any thing!

The only thing you need to buy for journalling is a good pen and a good book to do it in. I never buy anything specific for journalling, everything you already have will work just fine. Good luck with your move, hope it goes smoother than mine has, bloomin solicitors, have to chase them all the time!

Ooo just realised that the link had taken me to WOYWW #140 not the current #145 - thought I was seeing things when I linked back to your reply to me and it was all different. Yes "The Works", love that shop and yes we do have one in Sutton. In fact that is exactly where I managed to get hold of some cheap Gesso for the Altered Book Lessons. £4.99 for 500ml. Thanks for letting me know. BJ

Hi there, how are you doing? Cos I've been away as well (looking after my 86 year old mum) I've been missing my fav desks. How amazing that you've got an interview for art college!! Good luck with that, let me know how you get on - what a blast that would be. I tempted to join you!!
Hugs, LLJ #26 xx
